"Thermalnite (fiber-like aluminum nitride single crystal)" is a filler material that combines high thermal conductivity with insulation properties. High aspect ratio single crystals of AlN can be filled into resins, rubbers, adhesives, and oils to create insulating composite materials with high heat dissipation performance at low filling rates. Materials filled with AlN whiskers (such as high heat-dissipating resins) enable precise control of the thermal pathways in electronic machinery, leading to significant energy savings by eliminating cooling mechanisms.
